Cost of letting a house

We offer not only a fully managed lettings service but also a “find a tenant” service. Our fees in this area are based on the monthly rent at which the property is let. That means the fee will vary depending on the monthly rent of the property

Find a tenant service

50% of the first months’ rental (exclusive of VAT) (subject to a minimum fee of £200 (exclusive of VAT). That means the minimum fee you will be charged, inclusive of VAT will be £240.00.

There are also additional costs to be met for delivery of this service. These are:

Fully Managed service

  • Advising on all annual gas and electrical safety checks
  • Rent collection
  • Reference checks
  • Dealing with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Regular inspections
  • Handling maintenance and resolving issues
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals

Are there any additional costs?

There are some additional costs which may be incurred, subject to when a landlord has not previously arranged these items. These are:
