Unlike some of our competitors our Lettings Department is headed up by a solicitor.   We know the legal intricacies of landlord and tenant law and how important it is to landlords that all legal obligations are complied with.

Drawing on our vast experience and knowledge of the local housing market, our dedicated and professional team can advise you on all aspects of the lettings and rental management process. We bring together landlords and tenants to provide a fully managed service. We also offer a Find a Tenant Only service as well as preparation of the necessary legal documentation if you have already found your own tenant.
